This business is awesome! It was a last-minute appointment and they were able to get me in day of. Communication between myself and the person that was setting up my appointment was awesome. The worker came in and covered his shoes which was very respectful and I appreciated that. He was able to diagnose and tell me exactly what he was going to do. The price was reasonable and he was in and out within an hour. Good times! Highly recommend.
We needed to replace a water heater, and upgrade it in the process. Really happy with my service and price through Buford. There was a minor misunderstanding at first and the manager handled it so professionally and respectfully while explaining the situation thoroughly and got us back on track.
