They were so kind & explained everything we needed to know! Were able to unclog our drain and gave us estimates on how much it would be to do a total repair. Would love to use them in the future when we decide to go forward with it.
I had a pretty bad clog in my houses piping causing my kitchen sink and outgoing water line on my washer to back up. It was a headache to say the least. I called around town and got ahold of Mr. Rooter. They were able to work me in same day and came out to me relatively quickly! They sent out Christopher who was amazing to work with! He knew exactly what to look for and had the clog cleared out in under an hour! He was also very informative and gave me some tips to prevent this from happening again, so this became a very good learning experience for me in a sense. Fast in scheduling appointment and the service tech (Chris) was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained things he was doing as well as making recommendations for keeping drains flowing smooth!
