I have hardwood floors so I had a couple of older, but worth saving area rugs that needed deep cleaning . They are wool so buddy explained the process for removing dirt and grit then carefully cleaning . They took them to the shop and looked new when he brought them back. I was so amazed at how well my carpets looked. They got out stains that I thought were impossible to get clean. My carpets looked brand new!!! They showed up on time, made sure to not make any marks on my furniture and even mopped my hard wood floors where they walked before they left. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!!! You will not regret it and wish you had done it sooner.
