I watched their social media for quite a while before I went to get my lips done, because I wanted them to look really natural. I Really liked what I saw, and liked what I got done even more! Amy really listened to what I wanted, and fully explained everything...plus she's a nurse with a supervising physician, so I felt super comfortable about all the things she can do. Now I'm there all the time doing all kinds of stuff...Kamee is a super knowledgeable esthetician, and her facials are the best! Caroline is super sweet, fun and helpful...and will always make you feel welcome. Today I tried the Himalayan Salt Infrared Sauna, then hung out in the massage chairs for a while and finished up with the most relaxing facial...feeling totally spoiled, AND it was all from specials I bought over the Holidays! ? Do yourself a favor and go check it out for you and/or someone you love! They have stuff for guys, too!“

“I am only 3 days post op. But As far as my surgery experience, Dr. Shah did an amazing job. He also performed my previous surgery, which went just as well, and that’s the reason I chose him again. However, I do feel the communication from his team was lacking significantly, from after my consultation, to scheduling surgery, and throughout the lead up. I often called multiple times without a response and sent texts that went unanswered, which was frustrating and made me question moving forward with the procedure. At that point, I had already paid more than half of the surgery fees. I also reached out with questions on a medication after surgery that did not receive any response. When I arrived for surgery, the team was very kind, and Dr. Shah himself was excellent as always. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shah for his surgical skills and results. I do think, however, that his office team could greatly improve communication with patients before and after surgery.“

“I went in for a gummy smile procedure and I was a little nervous but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the cutest dog on the planet and the sweetest woman ever. she answered any questions I had and didn’t make me feel stupid and also wasn’t trying to upcharge me of other procedures. was in and out of there within 20 minutes! definitely recommend and going back for anything else I want!“

“The staff is very accommodating and attentive to my questions. The provider Michele was excellent. She asked many questions to help get to the root of my concerns and took her time speaking with me. She addressed every question and carefully went over her approach and plan she was considering. She also gave me a printout of supplements that she suggested I start and others to stop. Michele has experience with new patients not to overwhelm them and to go over changes and details and what she is testing for.

The blood draw was quick and the technician was so kind ( I wish I could remember her name)
