Arrow Lock and Key is hands down the best locksmith shop in Springfield! Kerry is not just a locksmith—he’s a true professional who takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. You won’t and can't find better service elsewhere.

I was in a tough spot on a holiday, locked out of my Truck. Kerry went above and beyond to help me out. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and extremely fair with his pricing. My mother-in-law recently locked her keys in the house. A very nice gentleman from Arrow Lock Shop responded quickly and was able to unlock the door in less than 5 minutes. We highly recommend their service.❤️

Highly recommend Arrow Lock Shop. I have used them at Cavender's PFI for fixing doors and changing locks. They are very responsive and great to work with you, if you have emergencies. Their quality of service is really good. Technician Kerry is great to work with and very accommodating.
