Steve, aka Terry, was on time and got right to work after giving me details about the process I had requested. He worked by himself and was done in less than an hour. I didn't have a hugh job but when I clean my carpets and furniture, it takes me 2 days!? I would recommend Terry and Stanley Steemer to anyone who asks, how did I get my carpets to look so new and my furniture so bright. ?
Both men were very friendly and professional. We thought we had a problem with mold and they confirmed we had condensation in our duct. One took pictures so I can show them to our HVAC man. Thanks guys!
