Adrian and his team removed carpet and installed vinyl into my condo and did a wonderful job. I will summarize as follows:
1. From the beginning, Adrian was responsive, professional and easy to work with. He was very familiar with the construction requirements of my building which simplified the process even further.
2. The materials I ordered did not arrive on the anticipated date but Adrian was flexible and bought the materials himself at the store on the morning of so we could stay on track with the project.
3. Adrian and his team were very efficient and finished the project faster than expected while still providing the highest quality work.

Had all pipes and sewer lines hydro jet clean on commercial building with laundromat and was amazed at how much build up was clear on the pipes , also recommended on how to make sure all work well to upkeep maintenance so is efficient and done cause major problems in the future because repairs can be major if not take care of pipes.
Emi and crew are great. I should have put this review sooner but I did not. We had B&D replace the entire boiler heater at my father's rental property. Pictures attached. Such a clean and awesome job. This was in 2022. I then did a major renovation at my house in 2023 and he modified my boiler heating lines and modernized the system. He also fixed my AC lines in my attic that the previous owners for some reason had them run through the roof which was causing leaks. He listens to your needs and only recommends what is needed and never tried to sell me anything that we did not need. He stands behind his work and has even shown up for emergency calls regardless of time/day.

I cannot recommend Mike enough if you want to get floors done! We used him to finish and stain engineered hard wood and he did an amazing job, was fairly priced and finished in a timely manner. We also used him another time for a complete hardwood replacement and his work speaks for itself! Absolutely high quality material and labor and everything finished high end! His company is very detailed and never leaves anything that wouldn't have his high stamp of approval. Mike is very easy to deal with and personable, if only all contractors were like him!

I got the Cezanne treatment there and I’m so obsessed with the results! I had never done a keratin treatment before and I have always been worried about formaldehyde. Since Cezanne is formaldehyde free, I thought I’d give it a try and their pricing is super reasonable. My hair has never been easier to style. When my hair is damp, there is kind of an odor to it (which I’ve read can happen), but I bought a hair perfume which helps (and also when it’s dry there is no smell at all).

The barber my boys had was Reginald when I tell you he had all 3 done within a 2 hours time along with the steam. Usually my boys dread it because we are usually sitting there for 90 min per head. Working 3rd shift i started loathing the late apps. My littlest gave him a 10/10 and the other 2 said this is the quickest we've ever been done. So tgenk Reginald

Friendliest nail salon with the best customer service! Manicures include moisturizing gloves and a hand, arm, back massage. Pedicures include foot and leg massage plus a hot stone massage and a paraffin wax treatment. Unlike other salons, they don’t charge more for these luxurious extras. And most importantly, there is great attention to detail…my mani/pedis are always perfectly beautiful when I walk out. It might not be a fancy, snooty place but it’s warm, welcoming and well run. And there’s great attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Been going there for years and wouldn’t go anyplace else now.

I was surprised to see some older low reviews because this salon is so clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Antonia did my lashes and they had great retention and very comfortable. She was able to craft a natural classic lash as a foreign fill. There were a couple of pokes on my eye during application but the result was perfection so if that’s the cost of precision, I’ll take it.
We had a big condo-wide project to replace all of the vertical water risers in all the units. From start-to-finish, Josh was extremely communicative, helpful, and accommodating, which was not easy because each unit wanted specific plumbing add-ons, so there was a lot to keep track of! He was always upfront about what things would cost, and the final total owed was very close to the original estimate. We live in an old building, so of course there were a few unforseen issues once we opened the walls - still, he was professional and explained all of this beforehand, and even with the unforseen issues, the final amount owed was very close to the original estimate. His work is excellent as well, we're very happy with the end result. We will definitely hire him again for future work!

Over a 3 month period chronic seepage from groundwater started occurring in multiple sites in the basement of my 85 year old home. After a number of conflicting recommendations, including tearing out walls and paneling in the finished potion of the basement, installing internal drain tiles and digging a sump with pump( we have no sump), I reached to the folks at Parks.’ Matt spent a significant amount of time inspecting inside and around the house. He diagnosed an extensive failure of my external drain tile system and found a few foundation cracks. The cracks were sealed, the old deteriorated tiles which were plugged and cracked were replaced. Matt and his wonderful knowledgeable hard working team solved our problem. The project was done without disturbing our finished basement and disrupting our lives, at a significantly lower cost.
Last week Sinan fixed an ongoing leak from my upstairs neighbors shower which was leaking into my ceiling below. Today he came out because Our condo building has a lot of old pipes and recently the air conditioning condensing drain and pipes got clogged causing both a flood in my hvac closet and a downpour through my neighbors ceiling below. They brought out tons of tools and kept going with multiple contraptions working diligently to remedy this stubborn clog between units. This issue was very concerning as it’s too hot not to use AC and my poor neighbors were worried about the possible need to replace their whole system and part of their hardwood floors. At times we were both emptying buckets every hour until Sinan and his team arrived with very short notice. They are honest, knowledgeable and hardworking professionals.Services: Plumbing pipe repair
Guys arrived right on time and promptly repaired three nonworking outlet pairs...and identified a fourth that, contrary to my own belief, *was* functional but only needed to be properly reset; in retrospect, it seems that I'd misattributed a problem caused by a radio's faulty adapter and/or adapter port to the outlet pair itself.
Great work which, thanks to their efficiency, was done for a very reasonable charge.

I want to send compliments to Mike, my technician yesterday. He was knowledgeable, experienced and professional. I appreciated especially that he was able to get the fan installed despite it being a ceiling hugger. The cost was affordable and other companies told me it was not possible to install my fan with a concrete ceiling, but Mike did an excellent job and saw a solution right away for the job. He also installed my kitchen light. He was thoughtful to leave some extra wire in case I wanted to adjust the length at a later time.

I have been using Ravinia Maid Service since Covid-19 and have consistently had a great experience. Jay is reliable and always sends prompt, dedicated cleaners who truly put care and effort into their work. The pricing is reasonable, and we are very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them.
Marian and Cosmin were absolutely incredible to work with and their results were fantastic. We bought our condo and we were relocating across the country and e wanted to get our floors redone to a lighter walnut shade while our place was empty.
We had a very tight timeline due to scheduling issues and the team at Midwest Hardwood Floors were able to fit us in which we were very grateful.
The whole process was professional and both Marian and Cosmin were very communicative on the process and answering all of our questions while we were driving across the country. We were able to let the team in remotely and they arrived exactly when they said gave us regular updates.
It's been a few months since the work has been completed, and we are incredibly happy with the quality of the work and how our condo looks.

We had ceramic tile installed on our laundry room floor. The quality of the installation was beyond our expectation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Upon taking ownership of a new home, had to immediately replace 33 linear feet of railing (staircase & loft) - it was too wobbly, too short, and balusters too far apart. Cornel came recommended by my real estate agent. His price was very reasonable and did beautiful work! He was proactive with his communication and kept me in the loop at all stages of the process. The two gentlemen who did the work in my home represented him and his business incredibly well. They closely matched the railing to the floors, which really made the whole thing blend in. They were kind, accommodating, and really (and most importantly) did amazing work. The whole experience - from estimate to final payment - was easy and hassle-free at all points. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cornel and his team. (Will be calling him when it's time to do my floors!)
Adrian and his team removed carpet and installed vinyl into my condo and did a wonderful job. I will summarize as follows:
1. From the beginning, Adrian was responsive, professional and easy to work with. He was very familiar with the construction requirements of my building which simplified the process even further.
2. The materials I ordered did not arrive on the anticipated date but Adrian was flexible and bought the materials himself at the store on the morning of so we could stay on track with the project.
3. Adrian and his team were very efficient and finished the project faster than expected while still providing the highest quality work.
I am very happy with my new floors and would highly recommend Adrian. Thank you!
Norris is a topnotch professional from estimate to installation. My original maple and oak floors were under layers of old tile, linoleum, and glued particle board. Norris came and he conquered, in record time. His prices are competitive, he was consistently on time and worked efficiently. His skill and knowledge are evident in the great results he gets. He knows wood floors and the beauty they can bring to a home.
I cannot recommend Mike enough if you want to get floors done! We used him to finish and stain engineered hard wood and he did an amazing job, was fairly priced and finished in a timely manner. We also used him another time for a complete hardwood replacement and his work speaks for itself! Absolutely high quality material and labor and everything finished high end! His company is very detailed and never leaves anything that wouldn't have his high stamp of approval. Mike is very easy to deal with and personable, if only all contractors were like him!

Was searching for a company that would a) call me back and b) make me feel safe in the quality of the work. First Rick and then Mickey from Remodeling by the Tinman did that and more. I wasn't an easy customer, and this was a down-to-the studs redo, and Mickey especially was with me every step of the way. Had them come out for a spring cleanup in a house I had just moved into in the fall. Great work, and it looks super clean! They also removed some vines, offered advice for fixing the mortar that was damaged due to the vines, and also demo'd an old wall that didn't have a use anymore. Reasonable price, and excellent work, such good work that the neighbors immediately asked for their contact info and will likely be switching to them! If you can't tell if you like them from words on the review, at least know that people who see the work are interested in switching to them!

Raul and his team did an amazing job landscaping the front of our new home in Lincoln Square. Communication was easy. They arrived early, walked us through everything, and completed the job within a few hours. The yard looks beautiful and we are so happy with the plants R&G picked out. I've been going to the Skokie location for over 5 years and it has always been a solid place because of the professional staff, efficient customer service, and effective performance and quality of work. Yet, it was not until I received expert care and treatment from the very empathetic Dr. Puja and her invaluably positive dental assistant Mary that I felt Webster Dental in Skokie was a true gem in all of Chicagoland. The level of deep thought-partnership, effective problem solving of obstacles, and patient-centered advocacy is something I never experienced in healthcare and I have to thank these two amazing professionals for it. And they do it all with the most genuine and positive hearts and smiles. Can one say that it is a lot of fun to go to the dentist now? I recommend Dr. Puja and Mary to people of all ages, and I think their disposition is perfect for children, young people, and those of us young at heart. This review is long overdue. Last year around this time I pulled out my back lifting my toddler. I could barely walk & couldn’t get in & out of bed unassisted. The pain was excruciating. I luckily found Drs. Wiewel & Milosavljevic in the “Skokie Parent Group” on Facebook & they were able to fit me in the same day. Over the course of a few weeks of treatment, I was back in action… just in time to stand in cowboy boots for Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter concert & get back to being supermom to my toddler. Drs. Wiewel & Milosavljevic are personable & thorough. I never felt rushed. Their office is clean & tidy. They have flexible hours. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Ukrainian Village Vet. They completely solved my golden retriever’s ear problems and allergies after we had been struggling for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about both pets and owners.

I like trying out new massage places, because other cultures operate differently. This one has Eastern European ladies working here and they are very kind and professional. Super skilled workers. I think that Eastern European ladies are stronger because other places I went to couldn't even massage me as rough as I wanted. Very strong hands. Other thing they gave me free water, which was nice. Here I have no complaints at all. Only thing is I wish the place had a newer/modern feel because nowadays that is pretty important. Or some different design. But the business practice is excellent and worth experiencing.

Dr Fairman is wonderful!! He's a one man show, does his own scheduling, handles the billing, and he fixes you!! I hurt my back wrestling with my toddler and though I was hesitant to see a Chiropractor, he made me feel better and got me back to enjoying life. He also gave me some exercises designed to keep me from injuring myself again. He's a great guy who really cares about his patients.
