I had a really great experience at Dental Professionals in Old Orchard. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized everything was, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly/ welcoming and they made check-in/out quick and easy and answered any questions I had.
The dental hygienist, Nina, was truly excellent. She was very thorough in the cleaning, but also gentle and considerate the entire time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Schwartz was just as impressive. He took his time explaining everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and never made me feel rushed.
