I wanted to like this salon, but unfortunately my experience wasn’t enough for me to return.
The technician was friendly, and when they didn’t have the OPI color I originally requested, she showed me two alternatives so I could choose the closest match. I appreciated that.
However, I felt like the appointment was rushed. I requested round toenails, but they weren’t shaped the way I had asked. I didn’t realize they had been shaped differently until my manicure, when she asked, “You want square toenails but round fingernails?” At that point, it was too late to correct them. Anna is a wonderful nail tech! She is very thorough and exhibits professionalism in all our appointments! I keep coming back because she is hardworking, dedicated, patient professional and down to earth! Excellent customer service!
