This was all diagnosed by another company I “was” using. I called Signature HVAC and Tim came out to verify the issue and believe this Tim and Tom came to my home this morning and installed an AC unit they had in their garage for me to use until my part comes in whenever that will be. I can’t say I have ever had a company care about my comfort as much as Signature. I just met these guys two days ago and for them to let me borrow an AC unit is above and beyond normal service. They were honest that the part they needed was not in stock but offered to come back the next day. Such a clean and awesome job. This was in 2022. I then did a major renovation at my house in 2023 and he modified my boiler heating lines and modernized the system. He also fixed my AC lines in my attic that the previous owners for some reason had them run through the roof which was causing leaks. He listens to your needs and only recommends what is needed and never tried to sell me anything that we did not need. He stands behind his work and has even shown up for emergency calls regardless of time/day.”
