You don't get stuck in call center purgatory. They won't send an unknowledgeable salesman larping as a plumber. They're one the greats, a dying breed today.
They came today to place a liner in a very old pipe which is in the cement floor. After looking they determined that they may not be able to complete the job. So they provided a completely different solution and even recommended some for that job. They could have charged us to do a possibly incomplete job, but provided a better solution . They were very respectful and professional. We will recommend to others in the future.
