“While I would love to give 5 stars as the staff is incredible and the service never below 100% amazing (I've had highlights, haircuts, manicures, and eye/leg waxing done), the facility is in disrepair. This is a high-end salon, as prices reflect, and the paint is dirty, chipping, and covered in places with hair color. The bathroom is just... well, let's just say I've been in much nicer bathrooms in neighborhood bars. Corporate doesn't seem to care as numerous customers have made complaints, including myself, with no response. So if you want an excellent haircut or mani/pedi, this is the place. Just don't plan on going to the bathroom and keep your eyes closed ?”

“Had a great pedicure with Maryanne. My only complaint would be that they charged me an extra 10% because I had my pedicure. They told me that they charge an extra 10% because it’s the weekend. Failed to inform me that information until after I got my pedicure. They should mention that when I made the appointment.”
