Nineveh the Manager addressed my concerns immediately when I had no appointment. Dr Brennan, who was very busy was able to see me after 10 minutes. Thank You guys for always being the best that you can be for your patients.
What a wonderful place to have your teeth cared for! Five big stars for Dr. Wolf, Kristy, and the entire staff at Old Orchard Smiles. These are not only experts at their craft but are also wonderful human beings whose acquaintances I am very glad to have made. It really does not get better than this!!!My only suggestion would be that the website needs to be updated since they just moved into a new office location on Skokie Boulevard just north of Church. FIVE HUGE STARS!!!!!
I have been going to this practice for a few years now and, unlike many dentists ive visited, I feel like the professionals and admin staff genuinely have my best interests at heart. They care, and have gone out of the way to show up for me when I’ve had dental emergencies outside of office hours. Glad they are in my network!!!
