J’s is amazing! I appreciate the staff and managers kindness with me having autism! The barbers followed all my directions and gave me the haircut I wanted. More pleased than ever. Very clean shop. Sargon is very friendly and does a great job! 10/10. People need to come here and get their haircuts done!
I normally get my hair cut by James who I have had an amazing experience with. A few weeks ago I went one time and James want available so I had this other guy. He seemed good until he asked how old I was and when I told him I was 23 he said “Really?” And went on to point out my thinning hair which I really didn’t appreciate. After the haircut I sent the Zelle payment to the account I always do (I assumed it was the barbershops account) I’m sitting in my car after my hair cut and the guy is knocking on my window and tells me he didn’t get the Zelle. I had an amazing experience at this barbershop! John is an incredible barber — skilled, detail-oriented, and really knows how to give you the perfect cut. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and the prices are very fair for the quality you get. On top of that, John’s customer service is excellent; he’s friendly, professional, and makes sure you leave completely satisfied.
