I’ve tried almost every treatment here at least once and they’re all great. The chiropractic adjustments realign both my physical body and my energy. Joanna’s massages are decadently relaxing. Antony Savio’s reflexology with Indian Varma is the best footwork I’ve had. When I was recovering from covid, the IV therapy really made a difference. It sounds silly but they really will make you be optimal on many levels.
Dr. JR has been an incredible healer for me through acupuncture and other techniques. He has truly helped me with pain management and really has a great sense of the human body.My daughter has worked with Dr. Abby and she was fantastic. My daughter felt calm, safe, and well cared for thanks to Dr. Abby. I would recommend Be Optimal to anyone seeking holistic medicine!
