“Guys arrived right on time and promptly repaired three nonworking outlet pairs...and identified a fourth that, contrary to my own belief, *was* functional but only needed to be properly reset; in retrospect, it seems that I'd misattributed a problem caused by a radio's faulty adapter and/or adapter port to the outlet pair itself.

Great work which, thanks to their efficiency, was done for a very reasonable charge.
