“What a pleasure! This is what it is like to hire a professional. I live in a high rise in Chicago and had 3 prior floor installers not show up, and when they did eventually, they were late, full of excuses and I waited months with still no new floor (Avoid Empire Carpet if you can!). Tibu Hardwood Floors came highly recommended and what a refreshing experience. First, Mr. Tibu showed up at the time he scheduled the initial quote. He was very flexible and let my husband and I choose the flooring and the flooring source. He was able to start the following Monday and he even picked up the hardwood from Skokie for us. His installers were timely, professional, detail orientated, and cleaned the condo when finished. The installation was perfect, the trim looked great, and the job was finished when he told me it would be. I wold highly recommend this company. I wrote my check with a smile! And I love my new floors!“
