Our basement flooded on the Fourth of July, and Nici Carpet Cleaning responded promptly despite the holiday. They arrived quickly, assessed the situation, clearly explained the restoration process, and began work immediately. Throughout the project, they were professional, knowledgeable, and communicated with us every step of the way. They treated our home with respect and made a stressful experience much easier to navigate. We are grateful for their prompt response and quality service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of water restoration services.
