I recently went to Northshore Acupuncture and had the vibrational sound therapy treatment. It was so relaxing and calming from the moment Amy began the session. I have been in sound bath classes before, but to have the bowls directly in contact with the body and feel the vibration throughout was a new experience. I loved every moment and left feeling relaxed and in a great mood. I slept wonderfully that night and joked to Amy that I wish it could be a part of my everyday routine for sleep.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Northshore Acupuncture until now, as I’ve seen Amy multiple times over the years (acupuncture, sound bowls, microneedling) and there is simply not enough space to record what a gifted, skilled, and empathic practitioner she is. More than that, however, Amy is a true community steward and advocate. She does so much for the betterment of Evanston and its surrounds, with her genuine attentiveness toward inclusivity and education - in addition to sharing the importance of access to care and other crucial necessities. Amy is wonderful, always bringing new insights and literature to share while we have the acupuncture needles working in us. She goes out of her way to make sure we get a benefit from the community and acupuncture. Amy is very intelligent and the best at her job.
