Justin, my hygienist, today offered 10/10 service. I went in for a cleaning and he took his time and made sure I had a great experience. Thorough, informative, friendly, and all around top-notch professional. Overall, every staff member was a delight to work with and I highly recommend their services.
We recently switched dentists to Dental Matters. We couldn't be happier! The whole staff is friendly and welcoming. Justin, my hygienist, is the MOST gentle hygienist I have ever experienced--he takes his time, explains everything, and is extremely thorough in his cleaning. The office is clean and modern. This is by far THE BEST dental facility I have been to! Clean, friendly staff, caring doctor! Dr. Syed really goes above and beyond for his patients! The facility is also very technologically advanced compared to other practices in the area! I made the switch in 2020 as a referral for a complicated wisdom tooth emergency surgery! Dr Syed was so kind to accommodate me within 1 day of me reaching out! Since then I have completely transferred myself and my family to his practice and never looked back! Highly recommend Dental Matters. The staff really care about your wellbeing.
