I really wish we could reply to negative reviews because Dr. Kaplan and his entire team are absolutely wonderful. In my experience, they are caring, professional, and dedicated. If someone ever has an issue, it’s always best to bring it directly to their attention — they truly listen and care. I know the nurse being mentioned, and she is anything but rude — she’s kind, compassionate, and excellent at what she does. Dr. Kaplan and his staff make a great, caring team that truly puts patients first.

I LOVE RENATA. She stayed open even though it was close to close. Was cautious of fancy silk blouse. 3 fabulous washes w head massage. And fast great French braid. When in hood will definitely stop in!!!

I got my hair cut and got long wavy perm; and it looks so pretty. And best of all, in the mornings, I don’t need to style my hair with blow dryer and/or curling irons because the wavy perm looks so beautiful with nothing done to it.

The guy at #6 took me in and gave me the exact look I wanted for my graduation party. Perfect beard work with a fresh taper fade all within 25-30 minutes. He had a welcoming and friendly attitude. Definitely returning again!

I love Pinky so much. She’s very responsive to text messages and calls, and gets you in and out quickly and safely. You get a card to get $5 off your total after paying cash for two separate appointments, which I recommend. She also does threading and waxing of the eyebrows, as well as body waxes including Brazilians and more styles.

Came home this afternoon to find water in my basement. the water at the floor drain was a still puddle, nothing was going down. I tried to snake it out but that was futile. After reading a reviews of a handful of plumbers I called Hydro Dynamics (it didn't hurt that they were also closest to my home). Richie answered the phone when I called, listened to my description of the problem and said he'd have someone there in under 90 minutes. Richie himself showed up about 70 minutes later. He looked at the situation (overhead sewers) and checked a few things, then diagnosed a failed sump pump. He had one on the truck and less than 90 minutes after he arrived the new pump was installed and the water was flowing down the drain again. Price was very reasonable for an emergency type call.Service: Sump pump installation
George was fantastic from start to finish. While giving us a quote George's passion for his trade really shined. He wasn’t just looking to make money; he wanted to make our floors look great. We had a tight timeline to get the floors done before we moved from across the country. Despite a busy schedule, he squeezed us in and got the work done on time and with high quality. He sent us photos of color samples to make sure we got exactly the look we wanted since we couldnt see it live and he actively communicated with us throughout the process. Andrei and his team handled a large primary bathroom renovation. The project was labor intensive for the tile installers, who were great. The team at larger was considerate, polite in my home, detail-oriented, and Andrei demanded perfectionism from them. We have had zero issues with installation or performance. Later, when we had a kitchen sink leaking randomly, we reached out and Andrei sent over a fantastic plumber who fixed things quickly in the evening that same day. I highly recommend RO General Contractors to anyone looking for true professionals.

He is always willing to take the time to make sure I am heard when I am expressing my symptoms. He is always mindful of my comfort during a procedure.

Targeted and simple and effective. Dr. Damir is really gifted. I've seen many many many therapists. He is able to see and explain my body history and future to me in a way that has me actually do the simple exercises consistently. That's a rare gift on top of his expertise with the body and movement.
