The quality of care is excellent and the administrative staff are very helpful.I find it quite remarkable and regrettable that the office asks for a written survey to be completed on arrival, including highly confidential and sensitive information, at check in. Some of this information, e.g., on sexual practices, I have never been asked before in any medical facility. Why cannot IDI modernize its interface with clients such as North Shore University System and ensure privacy by online data collection?
