Reuben was on the spot and very helpful in a drainage issue. Everyone gets busy but if he can come to your job, use him - very professional, priced right and highly recommended. Solid dude.Service: Drain cleaning
R & B has been my go-to plumbing service for many years. What's most important is I trust Ruben to accurately and quickly asses the problem. When my water heater died. Ruben was there the same to to inspect and determine if it could be saved (12 years old, so not worth repairing). A new water heater was installed the very next day. As an example of attention to detail - the gas shut off valve to the water heater was original to my home (over 60 years old) and while it still worked, Ruben was thorough enough to replace it to have a more modern, dependable shut off, just in case. Ruben and his team were in and out in 1-1/2 hours and did neat, clean, quality work.
Did a fine job but price seemed a little high since we had gotten the same service done a year or two ago for maybe a hundred bucks less. Also they were running late but didn't call to follow up. They were very thorough and did a good job but was worried that they weren't going to show up at all. Ended up calling them half an hour after the appt time.
