“Our basement floor drain was backing up with water when we ran the washing machine, so we figured the sewer line needed cleaning out. Josh Rooter came the next day and assessed the problems and fixed them. Roots in the pipes had killed our sump pump, so Josh and Charles cleaned out the opening and installed a new one. They also rodded out the sewer line from the house to the street, getting lots of roots. Josh is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. He and Charles did an excellent job in a timely manner. No pressure to upsell, which we appreciated. It wasn’t cheap, but I’ve had this done by other companies, and his price was in the normal range and the equipment and work have warranties. Very professional and timely work.”
