Sam was knowledgeable in his initial inspection of our house, truly cared about us being safe post the fire, and was a true professional in handling the discussions with our insurance provider. Sue went beyond our wildest expectations, and while managing the team of professionals, took care of our cats while the HVAC team worked (a third party) acting as their Mom for the afternoon.
