ServiceMaster By Simons - North Shore
“ServiceMaster Restoration by Simons completed the cleaning with a highly competent team, in record time, and went above and beyond in every way. Sam, Sue, and the team were exceptional. They were in and out in a day, cleaning our two floor unit, and hit every conceivable surface. Their attention to detail was superb, their kindness and understanding of us as clients was such a nice personal touch. Sam was knowledgeable in his initial inspection of our house, truly cared about us being safe post the fire, and was a true professional in handling the discussions with our insurance provider. Sue went beyond our wildest expectations, and while managing the team of professionals, took care of our cats while the HVAC team worked (a third party) acting as their Mom for the afternoon. We are so appreciative of the work the ServiceMaster team did for us, and how well they treated our family. Would recommend with all my heart.”
