I've been on a healing journey for 20 years. I've tried every form of body work, energy work, and meditation I could find in places all over the world. While I believe they all served a purpose, there are few techniques and practitioners I continue to work with because the benefits are clear, consistent, and powerful. Dr. Buck, with his NSA technique, is one of the practitioners I've regularly seen for nearly a decade. Working with him helped me release so much stored trauma I wasn't able to access. Now I go for maintenance to keep my inner world grounded, balanced and joyful even while the outside world is chaotic.

I've been coming to get checked by Dr. Buck ever since October 2017. I've no longer feel any pain, am in a more peaceful state, and more towards my true self. I am also not as aching and tired when exercising and playing sports. This modality is different from a conventional chiropractic because it is holistic.
