“I was at Old Orchard running an errand and didn't realize there was a Warby Parker store there. I already have a pair of glasses that I purchased at the Oak Brook store and popped in to find out if they had any additional colors of the same frame. Gene assisted me and was so helpful! He actually helped me to choose a different frame that I really like that I probably wouldn't have tried on without his assistance. Excellent selection of frames and five star customer service!”
