We had Midwest Hardwood Floors replace the tile floor in our apartment kitchen, and the carpet in the bedroom with white oak hardwood floor. They also sanded and refinished the oak floors in the hallway and living room. Everything was done as described, on time, and for a reasonable price. Professional and hardworking! We had old wood floors that needed a serious redo! They came in when they said they would, took great care of our home while they were in here working, and did a beautiful job. Our crew was lead by Cosmin - ask for him by name! Great communication - I asked for pictures and he texted them to me throughout the week. We had them sand and then put a coating over the natural color of the wood - no stain.
