I used Chem Dry by Jeff to clean or whole house with stairs. Their quote was immediate, complete, and competitive. They gave me a date and time, followed up twice to remind me, and Jeff showed up 15 minutes on the day. After he looked over the house, he said that it was smaller than they thought and lowered the price of the job. VERY HONEST. We also added the cleaning of 2 sofas with Scotchgard. Jeff went right to work and did a phenomenal job. On the sofas, he cleaned not only the seating area, but also the arms, sides, and backs. Both the sofas and carpet have never looked better! Got cat urine? No problem. My mom's house smelled so bad from her cat's. It was like someone took a bat to my olfactory senses and knocked me on my rear when I opened the front door. Yes, it was THAT bad. I called Chem-Dry by Jeff, and he cleaned the carpet and successfully removed the smell. He was personable, polite and just a really good guy. In fact, I was so pleased with his services that I just called him again and hoping he can help me out on another fun project. If you are looking for a trustworthy guy to do a great job at a fair price, call Jeff. You will thank me later.
