I have had a great experience here with Lauren Bernardi. She is very personable and knowledgeable. What I like most is that they really do honor the appointment times and care about 1) not over booking and 2) providing a seamless experience. Although I wish it was easier to get a hold of the location via phone call rather than go through the main central line, it still has been the best dermatologist's office I have gone to where you are not made to wait an hour to be seen bc they value profits over quality. I get in and out and there is always plenty of free parking.

Derrick Dermatology provides the best experience for skin care. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They explained all the options for treatment and helped me understand the best treatment and post-op care. Definitely the place for skin care treatment

I am astonished at the amazing experience ! Lauren Bernardi was fantastic at assisting me with my skin concerns. Alex their medical assistant was also super friendly and helpful. The office itself is located right off of Skokie Rd with ample parking and parking garage. The building is CLEAN and reminds me of that movie with Ethan Hawk where he goes to space -Galatica (?)It's very spacious and just all around very professional, helpful and friendly. Also knowledgeable and offers an array of services also including cosmetic procedures like tattoo removal and botox.
