“I've been using Opticlub since 2019. I've always been pleased with their level of service, but today they exceeded all of my expectations from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. My 6 year old daughter had her first eye appointment today. She was nervous and the staff handled her flawlessly. The first ladies to help talked her through each machine, how it works and doing everything they could to make her comfortable. The doctor explained each step of the eye exam to ensure she knew what to expect. Prior to the appointment, my daughter already made up her mind that she didn't want glasses. Then the moment of truth came, and it was determined my daughter needed glasses. She was not thrilled at all. She was crying and was not interested in being consoled. The staff was great about trying to help with the situation and being patient while my daughter worked through her big feelings. Eventually, my daughter calmed down and started looking at frames. The staff answered all of our questions and encouraged my daughter to try on frames until she found what she wanted. Once she got the frames, they gave her the opportunity to learn about how glasses are made. That experience made her day! Everyone was so kind and patient the entire time. I'm so grateful for the Opticlub staff! Thank you for making what could have been a challenging experience into a core memory for my daughter!”
