Today I had to say good bye to my sweet old dog Buzz. You took good care of Buzz for 17 years and I want to thank all of you for treating him so gently and with so much kindness. Penny H
Was turned away from the emergency vet, Lost key was available same day and took care of my pup he was lost for two weeks and was covered in ticks upon his return. Lost key took care of him set him up for a full recovery and we are grateful.

One of my two dogs did ok because she had no problems. The second dog has suffered for a month and cost me time and lots of money as the vet used half measures and did not cure an ear infection after 4 separate visits and different meds and treatments. The staff at the clinic are usually nice, but not always. I would actually give a lower rating except I give credit for effort with no results. I have gone back to my original vet who is experienced and knowledgable.
