“Had leak from dishwasher that got onto baseboards of wall and the back of island cabinets and baseboards of cabinets. Hunter came out for the water mitigation part, checked in every day or two with me or came by to check how the drying up was going. There was a small amount of mold that was making me sick and I have lung disease so that was really bothering me and he had them put down the mold killer as soon as he could and I felt relief within about 4 hours. Sean came out to take pictures of the inside of house and damage. The damage ended up not being as bad as expected (no total cabinet replacement needed). Jeremy was my project manager and got things going and checked in with me frequently. Demetrio did a beautiful job on the repairs to wall baseboards and the island counter backing and matched the stain perfectly and the baseboards around the cabinets. Elizabeth and Roxanne in the office were so helpful if I had questions and dealing with my insurance company. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, returned calls or texts and customer service was 200%.
