They originally didn't come to an appointment that was scheduled a few weeks out due to issues the day before, but made it right by coming the same day in the afternoon since I was unable to reschedule the date due to having my toddler home all next week. Thanks Tom and Co for getting the job done!

Wow! What a great experience! I was quoted a price for a diagnostic service call. The plan was to come and evaluate three separate issues (two safety questions and one electrical mystery a prior company couldn't solve), determine work needed, and quote me a price for whatever needed doing. The man who came out for the service call was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. He not only put my mind at ease on the two safety questions I had but was able to fix the other problem without returning for another visit! I was prepared to have to replace two fixtures, but now I have working lights! I will definitely call them out again if I need a bigger job.

The team, Ryan and Ben, who installed ceiling fans and replaced an outdoor light, were very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. I will definitely use Eager Beaver Electrical for future projects.
