With a combination of dry needling and targeted exercises, I was able to get some relief from the pain and strengthen my muscles. He is knowledgeable, takes time to explain the problem and listened to my concerns. I also liked the app they provide to track my progress on exercises and pain level. I had a great experience with him and his team.“
