Francena responded to my messages before booking, was so knowledgeable with explaining what was happening to my skin, clearly explained what the next steps need to be, gave me confidence that my issue would be resolved. and gave me a greatest 1st time wax experience. The Reywd Beauty environment was so calming, Francena was so calming, and I couldn't have been in better hands. She does a great job with her technique allowing less pain that i prepares myself for.
