Thomas came out to our rental property on a Saturday to fix our smart lock. With me working remotely we were able to reset it and get it connected to our account again. This was a unique challenge but his patience and perseverance paid off and I couldn't be more thankful. Next time we need a locksmith American will be our first call.

Tommy saved us! He was so sweet and got the job done quick. He got to us quickly and was so personable. Sadly only one of the doors could be worked on but he was prepared for all of the obstacles. 10/10 recommend, Tommy is amazing!
