“Pro Clean did an amazing job at my parents house! Their price was very fair, they offered a military discount! There was an accumulation of more than 50 years worth of mold underneath their house in the crawlspace. RJ and his crew made quick work of getting rid of it once it was discovered. They also had to skip a day due to weather and so they sent a crew out with more workers once the weather cleared to be able to finish the job in the timeframe that they planned to finish. Customer Service was top notch from the lady who answered the phone and set up the estimate appointment to the workers and everyone else we encountered along the way. Very professional and good quality work. These pictures don’t even really do it justice. The problem underneath my parents house was really bad and now it looks almost like new construction. Highly recommend Pro Clean for any of your mold and mildew remediation needs.“

“I hired Duggins to clean the floors (carpet/tile) in our new home prior to moving and was not able to inspect the work before paying the invoice because I live out of town. Over the first week of being in our new home I had to wipe the floor several times (crumb pickup, ice spill, etc) and there were multiple spaces (kitchen and both bathrooms) where the paper towels I used came up with excess dirt and grime. The floor had clearly not been cleaned in some time. The majority of the flooring appeared to have been cleaned, but the attention to detail in various locations was missed. I did not feel the quality of the service matched the price charged. However, the scheduling and servicing team were communicative and respectful of our home, which I greatly appreciate!“
