Amanda Joiner has taken the lead on our rat problem and it looks like the exclusion (attic) program has been a success. She has kept us updated throughout the process. She's thorough and very easy to work with. With her I feel confident with the outcome.
Billing issues the first several months,not getting two separate refunds ,but instead they were credited towards the next bills (which isn't right. You don't get to decide that when someone wants a refund instead due to incorrect charges), scheduling quarterly appointments and then calling the customer to say when it is,isn't acceptable (you call and schedule with customers or let customers do it themselves. It makes it way easier), and you don't tell the customer you're spraying outside and then don't. They checked the termite traps instead,which is fine,but I was told they were spraying.
