I originally got 3 quotes, I wanted somebody local to replace my 14 yr old AC. Climatech was not on my list.
I got bids from air commander, escambia heating and air, and express air. I decided on a Daikin system but the contractor quoting was 5k higher than everyone else. Contacted Daikin directly I was put together with Climatech. Got it installed on time and at a reasonable price. I am a happy cool customer.“

She efficiently scheduled Dane to come inspect an issue with our air conditioner and provided us with a clear timeframe for his arrival. Even better, several hours before our appointment window, Angela proactively contacted me to let me know that Dane had been delayed by a more complicated job and would be arriving about an hour later than originally anticipated. The communication was fantastic—and Dane arrived precisely at the updated time Angela gave us.

Dane quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, spending less than an hour on-site. We then decided to schedule an additional visit to address a more specific issue. That appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., and Dane showed up exactly on time—which, in the air-conditioning maintenance industry, honestly feels almost unheard of!
