She checked in with me, adjusted her approach, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, which I truly appreciated.

“My experience at Belks Solan and Spa was was excellent. It was just finding my way to them. It was like a treasure hunt with no clues or signs to point you on the right direction. I had to ask the mall staff to find out if they even had a salon still in the mall, and they had to look it up because they didn't know. I was even told to go to a salon outside the mall because it would be cheaper when i asked for direction. HOWEVER, i found my way there and the beautician Queen Campbell took great care of me even though i was a walk in and she was on lunch and had another appointment coming. She did an excellent job ?“
