Kirk, from Massey's Pensacola branch was the technician who did the installation of termite traps today (June 11), and provided great customer service. Arrived as scheduled. Called ahead to reconfirm the appointment and let me know his arrival time.
Friendly and courteous. Informed me what he was doing, and spoke about what the traps do, how often then are checked, how long they last, etc. Checked with me when he was complete and asked if I had any questions or concerns.
I called Massey to find out about Services available in my area and was helped by a young lady named Christa who was super great really appreciated all the info. Ultimately, I’m not ready to make a change but when I do, I’m definitely calling back.
