“Dr. Gilmore is a great, friendly doctor, who understands what your problem is and comes up with adjustments as needed. I am already feeling better with 3 sittings. He charges only $45 per visit, which I think is very reasonable. He charges only $75 for x-ray of my back which included a report from the radiologist. This is unbelievable price. I paid cash(used my credit card). Didn’t go through insurance route as most of the things dont cover through insurance for my age. Overall I am very satisfied and highly recommend. I play pickleball 5 day.a week and 2 hours minimum each day. Too much impact to my back, especially on the right side due to rigorous dinking. Dr. Gilmore did the manual adjustments to my back which took care of my back pain on the right side.“

I went back the next morning and had a good crack from Dr. Henry. Highly recommend his team and him for an adjustment. If you’re familiar with adjustments you’ll prefer his table over some others.“

It gives you a space to unwind with mimosas, charcuterie, calming music…the perfect place to bring a book and relax before your services. And all in a luxe robe!

The massage and facial were amazing, as well. The transition between both were flawless and maintained the relaxed environment. Three hours flew by!

First thing first, the ship has a great, welcoming vibe. Second, both of our cuts look great. I'm very particular with my hair and beard. Raquel have a great cut, trim and edges me me up 🤌🏽. And the third and final thing to say about this shop is that the conversation was great.
When I say that we felt welcome, it's an understatement. Hell, even grabbed a beer while we were there.

“I went here almost a month ago specifically for cupping. I suffer with chronic upper back pain from cervical stenosis, stress, and working at a desk all day. I got complete pain relief for a few days. Even for a few days, that’s TREMENDOUS with my condition. I’ve tried trigger point injections, steroid injections, nerve ablation, etc and nothing has helped other than the cupping. I feel like if I have this done along with a deep tissue massage consistently for 4-6 weeks then I might be able to function like a normal human again without almost constant intense pain. It’s worth a try and being that this is the only massage place that has been able to give me any relief, I’ll be coming back here for it. I believe Kelly worked on me but I could be mistaken. She listened to me and the way she guided her hands you could tell she could feel exactly what needed to be done. Thank you so much for helping me!“

She came to my hotel room and got right to work on my angry muscles, using a variety of methods to help like cups and hot stones. “I booked an appointment, not knowing what to expect, and I Was highly satisfied. I had a bunch of pain from my neck to my ankles and I explained to Tina what was going on and she worked her magic. I didn’t sleep for two days before I went to her And all I can say is, I slept very well the next night thanks to her. It was well worth the 90 minute deep tissue massage. I would highly recommend her and I will be using her again.“
