I attended Lynn's Songbird Gentle Yoga Flow and it was exactly what my body needed on a Saturday morning. Lynn has such a soothing, gentle tone, and her song at the end of class was beautiful. The studio was welcoming and I hope to visit again next time I'm in Pensacola.

The Beach Sound Bath with Swan Michelle was deeply cleansing. I had never participated in crystal bowl meditations in person and this session exceeded my expectations. The entire experience was so special.

I had a great time learning here. I love the monthly passes makes life so easy. They also make for great gifts. Multiple locations allow you to make it somewhere, it also allowed for us to experiment with classes we would have never taken. Like the hot yoga I would die at 105° ..... they have a version in GB thats only 90° to make sure you'll survive. It was awesome to be able to do a class I would have never done just based on temperature.
