Very impressed and grateful for Kelly G. at Rocky’s Termite. She worked quickly and explained everything clearly. She gave the printed layout of what was done with the bait traps around the outside of the house. She even treated a huge ant pile outside and removed an old mud diver nest in the A/C closet. THANK YOU!
I want to brag about one of your employees. Lawson came to do our quarterly pest control. He has got to be one of the nicest young men we’ve met in quite a while. He was so professional and answered my questions about ants (we have a lot) and helped me move some rocks we had put in front of our gate during the hurricane. He made sure we knew what he was doing and made sure we knew to let the application dry for a while before letting our dogs back into the yard. Thank you so much.
We had Kelly G for our inspection today. She checked our termite traps and then did inside and outside for regular pest control as well. She was very thorough and went above and beyond on her job today. This was the most thorough pest control experience we have had coming from south Florida to Pensacola. On top of her work she was very friendly and personable! She even paid extra sweet attention to our pets and brought in our Amazon packages!!! Top notch! We will be booking her for our next one!
