I cannot say enough wonderful things about Airport Dental! From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Every single member of the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, which helped ease my nerves immediately.

The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything about my treatment and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They truly listened to my concerns and treated me like a person—not just another patient.

“I'm going to miss this place. Their location on 3101 W Michigan Ave, is permanently shut down. It would have been nice if they let their patients know that, that place has been there for over 30 yrs and a storm took them out and the owner of the building took too long to repair it.“

“If you're looking for a dentist for your little ones, Dr. Laura McAuley at Ready, Set, Smile in Pensacola is so great. From the front porch into the rooms, the entire place is designed and decorated with kids in mind. There is a cool huge connect 4 game on the porch, if you wanna wait for your appt outside. In the waiting room we were met with a sign that had all the new patients first names on it, including our daughter's, welcoming them. The waiting room is huge with a full toy kitchen and legos and plenty of other toys.

When we went back to the individual rooms, there were so many tooth and dentist themed toys that our daughter got to play with while getting her teeth brushed and checked. She brushed a dragons teeth for a full 10 mins. They also had a copy of the Dr. Suess Tooth Book, signed by Dr. McAuley for us to bring home, and a cute Winnie the Pooh toothbrush.

Everyone was so nice and we are so happy that her first appt was at such a great office. Highly recommend!“

So far, it has been a great experience. Dr. Dong helped me with a partial 19 years ago, so I returned to have her help me with a full set of dentures. She understands the discomfort of preparing for implants and treated me with care during the process. I have my temporary set now, and other than some expected soreness, I am doing fine. I would like to thank the entire staff—especially the receptionist and Dental Assistant, Mika—for their friendliness and understanding throughout the process. I will provide an update once I receive my permanent set.“
