Todd was fantastic! LG refrigerator died on Sunday night. Dispatcher got me on the schedule for Monday morning. Todd my technician arrived promptly and had my refrigerator diagnosed as broken fan and part ordered same day. Part arrived Wednesday and my fridge was fixed following morning. Todd was prompt, kind, knowledgable and neat! Totally recommend Emerald Coast Appliance!
Called for refrigerator repair and someone came out later that same day. The technician was great and the fridge is now working. I will definitely call again if we have future appliance issues!
Don showed up and fixed my fridge the day before Christmas eve, just in the nick of time! He was knowledgeable about the problem and he was very prompt in his repair. We appreciate him very very much!!!
