Called to ask a question about my own repair I was doing on a washing machine and the gentleman I spoke to guided me in the right direction and gave me a detailed explanation of the issue I was facing and possible causes for that issue. He was very professional and from one blue collar man to another, he was a huge help. Would definitely recommend emerald coast appliance repair based on knowledge and professionalism alone.
Don, the diagnostician, was on time, knowledgeable, and explained the problem and solution in detail. Enjoyed meeting him. Same with Josh who swapped out the bad LG compressor. Mallory was friendly and helpful over the phone also.
