“James came to the house before the installation of a closet door. He explains things well and suggests options. He came today to install that door. James does not give up on anything. The door was cut wrong and he had to drive back to Pensacola from Sandestin to get the correct door. Very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and explained how the lock works. He is also a very pleasant and patient person. The Pensacola office is lucky to have James as an employee.“

The final results were beautiful - not only do my floors look picturesque, but the creaking has been practically eliminated. I was also pleasantly surprised at how excellent the installation of shoe moulding looked - I needed a specific size matched and painted, which Sergio took the time to ensure was correct.

“We purchased flooring for our house through Home Depot, they contracted USIG for the install and I cannot express how happy we are with the entire process.
TJ kept in constant communication through the entire process, he was super quick to answer any questions we had but he did such a great job and was so detailed that we did not have many.
The day of the install was fantastic as well. The crew showed up right when they were supposed to and got everything installed in a few short hours, moved furniture, installed the carpet and moved it all back. We will have LVP installed where we do not have carpet in the next few weeks and will only use USIG.“
