While I was super embarrassed and felt guilty about all of the back and forth, Whitney never made me feel like I was a bother. She had the same kindness and patience with each interaction.My appointment was a great experience, too! Trish was patient and professional! She walked me through the process and never made me feel uncomfortable. She ensured I was comfortable with proceeding each step of the way. You can tell Trish cares about her clients and profession for all the rightreasons.The studio was clean and simple, but chicly decorated.
