Excellent experience! I used a classpass and checkin was easy. The points were reasonable for the class. Location was easy to find and plenty of parking. The front desk was pleasant and showed me what to do to get set up. The instructor, Laura, was one of the best instructors I have ever had! She was funny while at the same time explaining the poses very well. It was a hard but great workout. Laura kept it very entertaining, so you barely noticed the clock.
The best pilates classes I have ever taken. I went to Sophias classes all the time and drove 40 mins from fort myers each way. The classes are upbeat, challenging, and Sophia is so supportive and plays awesome music. I just moved out of the SWFL area and I miss these classes already
