    I took a yoga class with Brenda and it was awesome. She challenged everyone in the exact right way and taught her lesson with knowledge, enthusiasm, humor and kindness. Clearly a very experienced teacher. Plus points for the high quality Manduka yoga mat that came with my drop-in session. Thanks Yoga House!

    I tried out a few different yoga studios in the Naples area, and I came across Yoga House while searching on Google! The class I went to was awesome. It was heated and fast paced, and a great workout. Gus was an excellent instructor. He was very easy to follow and encouraging. The overall atmosphere was very uplifting and positive and the space itself is so cute and warm. Being from out of town, I also didn’t have my own yoga mat and they provide everything you would need which is so convenient. Definitely great vibes and great people! Will be one of my new spots for sure.

    I did a pilates session with Sophia and it was awesome. My first ever pilates session. My sister had been coming to pilates for a while now but I've never done it before. Sophia was there every step of the way walking me (and the rest of the group) through the exercises. It was a great combination of core, legs, stretching and regular weight-lifting. My hip flexers and glutes were super sore and my legs were shaking from some of the exercises. She also had a great music playlist.
